AMBASSADORS PROGRAMME

Who are Ambassadors?

RICO has ambassadors who subscribe to annual premiums and therefore entitled to priority to its medical camps, training sessions,
recommendation letters and medication cover from the RICO Drug Stores. This is a contractual agreement (Ambassador Agreement)
that is renewed yearly. An Ambassador agreement is the foundation of the working relationship between RICO and its Ambassadors.
An Ambassador agreement clarifies the expectations of both parties in relation to length of time commitment, confidentiality,
attendance at training, and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures.

An “Ambassador” is anyone who, without compensation or expectation of compensation beyond reimbursement, performs a task at
the direction of and on behalf of this organization. An “Ambassador” must be officially accepted and enrolled by the agency prior to
performance of the task. Unless specifically stated, Ambassadors shall not be considered as “employees” of the agency. In the year 2017, RICO has been able to involve more than 150 ambassadors in its projects. A system has however been established to filter the large number to 30 who are best committed to the vision. There is a registration fee and a recommitment premium quarterly
